ERP Summer Bootcamp for Teens

Join us for a 4 day in-person summer bootcamp for teens who would like to learn more about Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD treatment in a supportive, collaborative, and fun setting! Sessions will take place from Mon-Thurs between 9am-12:00pm. Group members will learn about the main components of ERP and design their individual exposure goals. Sessions will also include elements of other evidence-based practices, such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). We will work together using art, video, and other mediums for experiential exposure practice as it relates to each group member in our bootcamp. Teens will have the opportunity throughout the week to support each other and connect with eachoth. At the conclusion of the bootcamp week, we will have a celebratory lunch to honor our time together.
