Clinical Therapist

Travis (he/him) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) based out of Asheville, North Carolina. He is committed to sharing evidence-based treatments within a genuine therapeutic relationship. He especially likes to help those struggling with OCD, Insomnia, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs). Travis specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT). He had the opportunity to train in a Behavioral Sleep Medicine program and is passionate about helping people improve their relationship with sleep. Travis is dedicated to offering science-backed methods that help clients move toward what they determine to be a meaningful life.

Travis was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports, trying new recipes, reading, doing yoga, and hiking the beautiful trails of western North Carolina.
