Carolyn Ringenberg, LCSWA

Clinical Therapist

Carolyn is a Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A), and started at Bull City Anxiety & OCD Treatment Center in Fall 2024. Carolyn holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Central Florida. She is passionate about helping individuals and families who have been impacted by OCD, anxiety, and phobias, by combining Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Carolyn also has extensive training in crisis intervention through her work with the 988 suicide and prevention lifeline. She has also spent time working with children and adolescents with OCD and anxiety in schools.

Carolyn is heavily involved with the International OCD Foundation’s Faith and OCD initiative and has developed a specialty in helping clients navigate moral and religious scrupulosity. Carolyn is an avid distance runner, swimmer, and triathlete, and finds that the perseverance used in sport can be a wonderful practice for OCD therapy application.

Carolyn lives with her husband and daughter in Orlando, Florida, and enjoy traveling and being outdoors..
