Jeremy Bryant, LCMHC
Clinical Therapist
Jeremy is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who has been practicing North Carolina for over ten years. He attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC for his undergraduate work and often finds himself returning to the mountains for backpacking and football. Following those four years, Jeremy went on to attend North Carolina State University where he earned his Masters in Clinical Mental Health.
Jeremy’s clinical interest is in anxiety and OCD-related conditions, though he has comfort working with a myriad of mental health concerns. Working with anxiety and OCD has been his exclusive focus in treatment for the last two years, providing therapy as a counselor with NOCD. To work with these problems, Jeremy has received specific training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In session, Jeremy brings a deep understanding of anxiety and OCD, compassion to meet clients where they are, and an upbeat approach that uses humor when possible.
